Product Owner since May 2026 (Product Manager Feb 2023 – Apr 2026). I own the full digital ecosystem of Yerevan Mall: the super app (300K+ registered users), KinoPark cinema ticketing, website, loyalty and gifting infrastructure and the admin panel, and I lead a cross-functional team of 15+.
- ▸Designed and launched the Promotions module with deep Vista POS integration, centralizing promo and discount rules: traffic +20–30%, average order value +15%
- ▸Designed YM Club, a tiered loyalty and gamification program on the existing bonus engine, with anti-fraud controls and a phased rollout; earlier bonus-logic improvements raised engagement and CLV by 15%
- ▸Audited the cinema payment flow end to end, built a QA matrix of 200+ payment scenarios and delivered executive dashboards on bookings, transaction trends and bundle sales
- ▸Led the push notification platform migration (iOS/Android SDK, unified user identity); used GA4/Firebase adoption analytics to drive forced-update and Flutter migration decisions
- ▸Owned vendor and platform decisions (mobile attribution, external security audit, Google Pay onboarding) and prototyped an AI voice assistant for the call center
- ▸Built an in-house content and experiment factory: the internal team ships new features and tests hypotheses faster and at lower cost, without relying on developers
